How to request deletion

Email privacy@leadsparx.in from the address associated with your account (or, if you are a lead, the phone/email you were contacted on) with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Include enough detail for us to identify the data (for example your name and phone number, and the firm you interacted with).

We verify each request to protect against unauthorised deletion, then process it within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you signed up via Facebook / WhatsApp

If your data reached LeadSparx because you responded to a firm's Facebook/Instagram ad or messaged its WhatsApp Business number, that firm is the controller of your data. Email privacy@leadsparx.in and we will delete the relevant data and coordinate with the firm as its data processor.

What gets deleted

On a verified request we delete the associated personal data — including lead records, contact details, message/enquiry content and source/campaign metadata — from our production systems.

Limited data may be retained only where required by law (for example tax or dispute records) or in secure backups that are overwritten on a rolling schedule; such data is not used for any other purpose and is deleted when the retention period ends.

Firms deleting their own account

A customer firm can request deletion of its entire workspace, which removes its account and all lead data it controls, subject to the legal retention noted above.
