LeadSparx is operated by RHASVA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”), Maharashtra, India.
These Terms govern your access to and use of LeadSparx, a CRM for real-estate channel-partner firms. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
LeadSparx provides lead capture, distribution, follow-up workflows, WhatsApp-based communication tooling, campaign ROI tracking and commission management for real-estate channel-partner firms. Features may change over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team's use of the service. You must have authority to connect any third-party account (e.g. a Facebook Page or WhatsApp Business number) you link to LeadSparx.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
•
use the service unlawfully or to send spam or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law or platform policies (including Meta/WhatsApp policies);
•
upload data you have no right to process, or infringe others' rights;
•
attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service;
•
resell or provide the service to third parties except as permitted.
You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to contact your leads.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you and your leads submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are the controller of your lead data; we act as your processor.
5. Third-party platforms
LeadSparx integrates with third-party platforms (Meta/WhatsApp, Google, property portals, payment providers). Your use of those integrations is also subject to those providers' terms, and their availability is outside our control.
6. Fees
Paid plans, if any, are billed as described at sign-up. Taxes apply as required. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. On termination, we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
